This is the ultimate pork belly. The 24-hour slow-cooked pork belly has been sous vide at 60oC for 24 hours. The flavour and texture of the belly is wonderful and it just melts in your mouth!
To serve, heat a frying pan over a medium heat, remove the pork belly from the packaging and place in the frying. Warm through for 2-3 minutes on each side. The pork belly is cooked and only requires warming through. The pork belly comes drizzled in our BBQ sauce. A great idea if you’re looking a quick meal.
