How to order

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Please note due to increased delivery charges we have minimum order value online of £25.00.

We use Royal Bank of Scotland WorldPay secure payments system to process all our website orders which we have chosen for it’s proven history of online transaction security across a wide range of selling platforms.

Via the RBS WorldPay gateway, we can accept Matercard, Mastercard Debit, JCB, Maestro, Visa Credit, Visa Debit and Visa Electron.

Transactions with Perfick Pork will be in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

All products for sale on this website are classified as Basic Foodstuffs by HMRC and are therefore VAT exempt.


If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to remedy the situation.

Delivery Information

All orders under £75 are subject to a £6.95 delivery charge. Orders over £75 will be delivered free of charge.

All orders will be despatched within 4 working days from date of order and will be delivered using an overnight courier service. All deliveries must be signed for.

All orders will arrive securely and hygienically packed in sturdy cool boxes and packed with dry ice. The packaging materials used are specifically designed and certified for the carriage of fresh food produce with the dry ice keeping the products cool for up to 24 hours.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
