4 Pork Ribeye steaks
1tbsp English mustard
1tsp demerara sugar
Salt and pepper
The pork ribeye is the same cut as the more commonly known beef ribeye and is equally tasty. But cooking process is different.
Season the ribeye well with salt and pepper and cook in the oven at 180°C (gas mark 4) 60 – 75 minutes.
Whilst in the oven, mix the honey, mustard and sugar in a bowl. Cover and place in the fridge.
Remove the pork from the oven and use the glaze to cover the pork ribeye. Place in the oven for a further 15-30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and leave to rest.
This is a delicious meal and we normally serve it with mini roast potatoes or celeriac mash. Perfick!
