Perfick Pork is a thriving, rural village butchers shop that consistently provides top quality, local produce. We have built our business by offering the best that money can buy at a sensible price - a principle that see's our customers returning time and again.
In our online store you can purchase some of the first class pork we supply to some of the most prestigious restaurants and hotels in Norfolk. In particular, why not sample some of our famous sausages, oak smoked pancetta, pork loins, pork belly and smoked bacon. All our smoked pork is cured using a secret recipe that has been passed down through the generations of butchers in my family and smoked in our own smoke house.
What sets us apart from supermarkets and other butchers is our ethics and principles behind the produce we supply. We operate a "conception to consumption" pork business; raising our own pigs from birth on our own farmland employing talented farmers with considerable experience.
We breed Duroc pigs for our produce. The Duroc is widely regarded as one of the finest breeds on the market and has been specifically selected due to the increased fat distribution through the meat. During cooking, the marbling within the pork melts and diffuses though the meat providing an unbelievable flavour and texture.
Plus we have some mouth watering beef and poultry cuts supplied from local Norfolk farmers including steak, roasting joints and seasonal favourites.
