Pork Tenderloin (Fillet)


The tenderloin (or pork fillet) is the best cut from the pig.

The price shown is for an individual fillet of approximately 700g in weight.


Try adding slivers of garlic to the fillet and oven roating on a bed of onion and apple. Be careful not to over cook or the meat will dry.
