The shoulder is one of the more succulent cuts due to a slightly higher fat content.


Recipe Idea

During cooking the fat melts and runs through the meat and leaves a wonderful moist flavour behind. We recommend cooking pork legs at 180 degrees C for 20 minutes per lb.
